Artists, designers, architects, art critics and curators are invited to rent one of the five residences throughout the year for a minimum period of one month. Rental fees (including monthly charges for heating, electricity, water and internet) are:

1 June – 30 September: 1420 LT (412 Eur) per month
1 October – 31 May: 1076 LT (312 Eur) per month

The fees may be in cash, card, or bank transfer. The easiest payment methods are bank transfer and credit card. If paying with cash, the amount must be in Litas.

Paying residents can use the communal spaces and equipment of the Colony (subject to availability) free of charge. Travel and living expenses, as well as all other expenses, should be covered by the residents themselves.
